These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the KOVOLT website and to purchases made through it.
1. About KOVOLT
KOVOLT sells accessories designed for electric vehicle owners.
References to “KOVOLT”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms refer to the business operating this website.

2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are accurate.
Product images are illustrative and colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing tolerances, lighting and the device used to view the website.
Measurements are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Availability
Products may occasionally be unavailable or out of stock.
Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it is currently available for purchase.
Where available, customers may register their email address to receive a notification when a product returns to stock. A restock notification does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.
5. Orders
When online purchasing becomes available, submitting an order will constitute an offer to purchase the relevant products.
A contract will only be formed once we accept the order and provide confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock error or other reasonable operational issue. Any payment already taken will be refunded.
6. Prices and payment
All prices displayed to UK consumers will include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before an order is completed.
Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
8. Returns and cancellations
UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Faulty products
Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate remedy.
10. Intellectual property
All KOVOLT branding, graphics, product photography, website content, copy and other intellectual property displayed on this website belong to KOVOLT or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page together with its effective date.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory rights available to them under the law applicable where they live.
